Condolences
Nancy and Betsy,
I am so sorry to learn of your mom's passing. What a fun person she was to be around! When I visited her at her home, she would show me her quits and other items of interest that she was proud of. Such a happy, kind person who gave her time to many.
May you all find the strength to navigate these coming days, weeks and months...
Nancy and Betsy, please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your mother. I am sure Tootie and my mom have already scheduled a coffee for her in heaven.
So sorry for your loss, Nancy and Betsy. Your mom was such a fun lady. She was always cheery and smiling. It made everyone around her happy, too. We will remember her fondly with a smile on our hearts.

I am very sorry for your loss. We have been back in Illionois for the past several months and was able to visit with her a couple of times at the nursing home. She was always cheerful and upbeat about everything. She remined me so much of her mother (Aunt Pearl) appearing to be happy in all situations and at home wherever she was. I know firsthand that her life was not easy as I grew up on a dairy farm also and went through many of the trials and tribulations that she encountered.
May she rest in peace with her lord and savior Jesus Christ.

She will be missed when she lived with us at Morse Farm she was my favorite. We would do puzzles together and we always baked together. I just loved her personality she was fun to be around we spent a lot of time together. I’m so sorry for your loss and it is a big loss I will miss you Jean.
Jean and Bob were dear neighbors, like family, as I was growing up on the farm. So many great memories... like Jeannie driving Cheryl & I and the Greenwalt girls home (probably from ceramics with Martha "Sweetie" and Sevann) and insisting we turn the radio down so she could see.
I still can hear her calling for Bob, both at home and as she won the county fair's husband calling contest. Have lost count of the number of chickens we butchered, corn we put up, ... but see clearly her trudging through the farm mud wearing rubber boots with a pail to feed the livestock. Her years helping us all with 4H and her willingness to be part any prank we dreamed up!
I bet she and Aunt Tootie are so happy to be together again. I'd love to hear their laughter again. I'd like to thank the Klaus family for sharing Jean with us. She will be missed.
