Lori Beth Brown, 41 of Chicago, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at her home. She was born June 19, 1981, in Springfield, IL, a daughter of Ronald L. Brown and Deborah Branson. Lori attended Virden High School and received her GED. Lori was employed as a debt collector in Chicago. She loved reading, shopping, cooking, and she loved the beaches. She loved spending time with her family. Lori was preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Branson, aunt, Jan Buttram, uncle, Ron Blankenship, and her grandparents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, 12:00-2:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Girard. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Girard. Burial will follow in Girard Cemetery, Girard. Lori is survived by her father and stepmother, Ronald L. and Beth Brown of Girard, son, Tyler Wright of Petersburg, son, Trey Brown of Springfield, IL, stepfather, Gerald Branson of Springfield, sister, Stacy Brown, sister, Jamie Brown of Springfield, brother, Thomas Werry of Clinton, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Memorials may be made to family.
