Dan and I are heartbroken to hear of Kenny's passing. Even though Dan worked in Gary and Kenny in Carlinville their friendship was genuine. I grew up going to Zion Lutheran Church with Kenny and his family, even babysat Katie. My condolences to the family.
I want to offer Kenny Hicks’ entire family Karen and my condolences and prayers. My memory of Kenny was when he was a young kid in junior high and his big brother Mick and I were buddies. Kenny was a kid that you could not help liking. I don’t ever remember picking on him as older boys will do because it didn’t feel like the right thing to do. He always had a smile and a personality that could also bring a smile to your face. This is a shocker for us and we pray especially for Kenny’s wife and children. May God wrap you you in His loving arms and get you through this great challenge. And, may Kenny continue to help you all as he watches from his heavenly home.
I’m so sorry Laura… please take care of yourself. ❤️ Hugs to all your family.
My sympathies to the family. I always enjoyed visiting with Kenny .
Thinking of you, Laura. My sympathy to you all.
