Obituary of Timothy T. Stewart

~Timothy T. "Tim" Stewart, 51, of Carlinville, passed away Saturday morning, May 27, 2017, at Carlinville Area Hospital in Carlinville, IL. 

Tim was born August 30, 1965, in Carlinville, IL, a son of Alexander Hamilton and Elaine (Ryan) Stewart.

Tim graduated from Carlinville High School with the class of 1983.

He married Beth Lippold at the Carlinville Southern Baptist on December 26, 1987.

Tim's life was centered around trucking and working as a shop foreman.  He started his career at Lippold and Arnett Trucking in Carlinville and later was a driver for H&H Trucking and as of recent at Dowson Trucking in Divernon, IL. 

Tim's pastime included  playing pool, fishing, and family.  His true passion was riding his Harley with friends and other family members.    He was a past member of the Carlinville Elk's Lodge and Moose Club.

Tim was preceded in death by his step-father, Roy Lee in 2008.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Carlinville, IL.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Cross Church in Carlinville with Rev. Tim Rhodus officiating .

Burial will follow in Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery, Carlinville.

Tim is survived by his wife, Beth D. Stewart of Carlinville, IL, father, Alexander Hamilton (Rose) Stewart of Litchfield, IL, mother, Elaine Lee of Carlinville, Illinois, son, Shannon Todd Stewart of Carlinville, IL, daughter, Alyse Kaylee Stewart of Carlinville, IL, brother, Mark A. (Toni) Stewart of Carlinville, IL, brother, Greg Stewart of Carlinville, IL, Shawn A. (Wendi) Lee of Carlnville, IL, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
