The family of James and Virginia McGrath and their 10 children are devastated at the loss of Frank. Frank was considered a brother to us all. He spent a lot of time at our home and we loved him dearly. We spent many weekends playing softball during the Summer. He was a great and always happy guy and fit right in with our family. We are so sorry for your loss.
