Our deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one. This time is never easy, but have faith in God's promise at John 5:28, 29 that all those who have fallen asleep in death have the hope of receiving a "resurrection" back to life. Please find comfort in "the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials".(2 Corinthians 1:4)

Having never met Steven & knowing only Cindy from our "Rally for the Paws" golf fundraiser, I know that she carries some of Steven's kind-hearted, well-meaning, care-giving traits. She will forever carry his spirit & continue to make him & the Barnes family proud of his & their legacy of leaving the world in a better place.
So sad, to young to go. I am sure all nature will miss him. Prayers to family & friends for your loss.
I'll bet Heavenly Father put brother Steve right to work fixing the potholes and bumps in the road that leads to Heaven. I wish you peace and send prayers of comfort and lots of laughter to you loving family.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
I will miss Steve he always had a smile and a love of life. I learned a lot from him as a kid when he worked with my dad (Morris Gray) . We cut alot of wood and worked hard He taught me the finer points of welding and that positive attitude rubbed off a little . I am sorry for your loss and wish the best to you Patty Angie Jodie. I wish I could be there to celebrate his life with you. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Patty and family are thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of loss. Steve will be remembered by many.
Cindy, Jeff, Sammy, & Tammy. You guys were my first family I got to know from my family because of your Sweet sister Cindy ( my 1st girlfriend). I love you all! I could go on and on. I remember giving Steve & Jeff a break from mowing the yard because their Mother had them working like mules!!! Jeff couldn't even see over the handlebars and it was hotter than hell and I couldn't take it anymore. Ended up mowing most the yard so they wouldn't have to. Helen told me not to do that anymore and I told her she couldn't tell me what to do! She didn't like it but said nothing but looked at me ( I think I got her goat on that one)! I truly loved your Mother and Father! I could go on and on. Hopefully we can catch up on Sat. I know Steve is smiling and happy! Going to miss him, but I know Gods got him resting and at peace. Lots of wonderful and great times with you all!!!! Steve was blessed with a Beautiful wife and family. He was truly a great brother to me, even though we haven't seen each other for a long time. Last time I seen Steve was at Cindy & Kens reception. Doesn't matter though because he knows how I felt about him and he about me. I' m lucky to have crossed paths with him.
Sending our deepest sympathy to Patty & family
Cindy, you and Steve, Jeff, Sammy and Tammy grew up with Lana, Deb, Bob and me. So many great times and wonderful memories at the farm and at the lake. Holidays and school events. We were always together. My heart is so heavy when I realize he is no longer among us. But, we all know he is on the wings of Angels. He is free of pain and has found the peace of mind we are always searching for. Prayers and God's strength go out to Patty, the girls and everyone who knew and loved Steve. We will all carry him in our hearts and minds forever.
I am very sorry for your loss. Will keep all in my thoughts and prayers.
