Sorry to hear of Mary Ann’s passing. We worked together for many years at the Courthouse. We had some pretty good times there back in the day. She’ll certainly be missed.

Mary Ann was a very dear friend and co-worker to Dude and I. We enjoyed visiting with her and we could always depend on her at work. We still exchanged cards and letters. She will be missed. Rest in Peace my dear friend.

As a kid I remember going to my great Grandma Cookies and Mary Anns house every other Sunday for lunch and visiting. I couldnt wait to go, one for the great meal grandma would always have to some fun activity, outing, or craft Mary Ann had planned, she made sure Christmas s were always made special to myself and siblings by her. To much to say really about her but to say she had a kind heart and soul would sum up who she was. Always thinking of someone else and what would bring a smile, through her crafts or nice words. She taught me to love dipping my french fries in my milkshake or ice cream from McDonalds;— something I ve now passed on to my own grandkids. Mary Anns heart continued beyond just me but to my own daughters and grandchildren always doing something nice for them. Her love for animals was definitely known as well as so many great people she enjoyed working with and meeting at the law office and while working for the States Attorneys Office.

Mary Ann was a wonderful legal secretary, first for Tom Carmody and then our law firm, Phelps, Russell, Carmody and Kasten. She was devoted, efficient, loyal and talented. She knew many clients on a first name basis, each of whom knew they had a friend. Many will mourn her loss.

I am so sorry about Maryann. We've been friends since high school. She always brought me a Christmas ornament that she had made. I loved visiting with her when we had the chance. She was a very special friend. Dick I am so sorry for your loss. Sending prayers to you and your family.
