Geoffrey W. Warren, 60, of Carlinville, passed away on Monday evening, April 4, 2022 at Carlinville Rehab and Health Care in Carlinville, IL. Geoffrey was born on February 21, 1962 to Albert Peper and Sue Ann (Lambert) Warren in Cedar Falls, IA. He attended Carlinville High School. Geoffrey first worked in construction as a roofer, then spent most of his life as a race horse groomer, and later became a cook in the Springfield area. He enjoyed visiting with friends and watching sports and wrestling. Geoffrey is survived by his mother, Sue Ann Warren-Costello of Carlinville, IL; daughter, Brandy Lynn Warren of SC; son, Cody John Warren of NY; daughter, Kelsey Marie Warren of NY; granddaughter, Audriella Anna Mae Warren of SC; two brothers, Gregory (Jean Shingler) Warren of NY, and Mark (Vickie Stolte) Warren of Carlinville, IL; step sister, Katie (Mike) Shetka of MN, as well as a niece and a nephew. Geoffrey was preceded in death by his father. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
