Joanne L. Sullivan, 82, of Waggoner, IL, formerly of Finleyville, PA, passed away Monday morning, September 20, 2021 at her residence in Waggoner.
Joanne was born on December 12, 1938 to Alfred and Bertha (Schubnel) Hill in Pittsburgh, PA.
Joanne was a retired school bus driver for Canonsburg School District for many years, then later operated a personal care business. She was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association, was an avid gardener, and loved feeding and watching her hummingbirds. Joanne also breed Doberman Pinschers, Miniature Doberman Pinschers, and German Shepherds, and raised several Grand Champions.
Joanne is survived by her two sons, Joseph R. "JR" Sullivan of Eighty-Four, PA and Michael L. Sullivan of Charleroi, PA; two daughters, Deborah J. Sullivan of Monongahela, PA and Suzanne E. Sullivan-Baumgard of Finleyville, PA; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; friend, Lora Lee Mueller of Waggoner, IL.
Joanne was preceded in death by parents, Alfred and Bertha Hill, and a grandson, Chaz Sullivan.
Private services will be held at a later date.
