Obituary of Clara Wynn Drum

Clara Wynn Drum 97, of Rushville, IL formerly of Carlinville, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Snyder's Vaughn-Haven Nursing Home in Rushville, IL. Clara was born on June 22, 1915 to Henry and Sara (Edwards) Kuntzman in Carlinville. She was a 1927 graduate of Carlinville High School. Clara married Albert Wynn and he preceded her in death on February 16, 1969. She later married Vaile Drum, June 19, 1979 and he preceded her in death on September 13, 1988. Clara was a nurses aid and dental assistant for many years. She also worked at West School in Carlinville as the school librarian, retiring in 1978. She was a past member of the Carlinville United Methodist Church before moving to Rushville. Clara is survived by two sons, Jerry (Donna) Wynn of Rushville, IL and Phil Wynn of Carlinville; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and a sister, Faye Williams of Kansas City, KS. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Albert Wynn and Vaile Drum; parents, Henry and Sara Ella Kuntzman; brothers, Loy, Elmer, Orlie, Norman and Ralph Kuntzman and a sister, Mattie Anderson Funeral Information Private graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Carlinville with Rev.
