Condolences
Marven, one of the finest men I've ever had the chance to know, was also my brother-in-law (who was actually really like a brother). An outstanding example of a man, he was always willing to not only help someone but to be caring too. Common sense, hard work, and stewardship (he took great care of what he was blessed with) describe attributes of his excellent character. His sense of humor was almost unfailing, even in somber occasions. He loved the Illini, the Cardinals, fishing, and his boat; but above all he loved his wife and family. I love him and will miss him, and when I pray, I will try to send him a message about how the Illini are doing. I believe he would prefer for us to remember how entertaining he was as we say goodbye and to smile. His Father in heaven will rest his soul and have a laugh with him.

Marv and Regina, you were the best neighbors I could ever of had. I could not of stayed at Sunset Lake for almost ten years after Bob passed away if it wasn't for all the help from Marv. He was always there to help with anything I needed done. He will be sadly missed by not only his family but all of his many friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you Regina. May he rest in peace!
Marven,I'm so glad I got to meet you last summer at Karen's garage sale. You were so funny, and fun, friendly, and helpful. Take care over there, huh? Rest well.
My brother, you were an angel to me on this earth. I'll miss everything about you. Your beautiful blue eyes and your genuine smile will be forever imprinted on my heart. Your jokes and sarcasm was just two of the many, many lovable things about you. You've always helped all those that you could, even when you needed help yourself. Always courageous through all your hardships...with strength and character. There's no doubt that all who had the privilege to know you were fortunate. Peace at last, peace at last.
God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be So he put his arms around you and whispered come to me With tearfull eyes we watched you and say you pass away Although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay A golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best
