Condolences
I am so sorry for your loss. May "the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort and soothe your heart. His promises, found in the Holy Scriptures, can offer much hope. It assures us at John 5:28,29 that our loved ones will be remembered and brought back to life in the resurrection. Please allow God's Word to strengthen you and help you to endure this most difficult time.
Mark, So sorry to hear about your Dad. Hopefully you can find the same love and support you gave me when my Mom passed away. You were so kind hearted and a real shoulder to lean on. Ill never foget you being there for me. Zabs
Dear Mark, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I know this is late, but I didn't hear about his passing until recently. He was a good man, your father, because you spoke about him with such love and admiration. I am sure he was very proud of you. May you find comfort knowing he is with our Lord now. My thoughts are with you and your family.
Our prayers & thoughts go out to the whole family at this very difficult time. I work with Cathy at the Prison in Decatur & we have been involved in her Dad's stuggle for quite some time. He is at peace now. Love to all.
sorry to hear about earl I always liked him and he treated me with respect and kindness
We were very saddened to read of Earl's passing. Helen and I were classmates in nursing school, and my husband and I made friends with Earl and Helen after our marriages. Our children were much the same ages. John and I send our deepest sympathy to Helen and her family. May you all find solace in th Lord's love and support. God Bless you all.
Dear Helen, Mark, Steve, Cathy, and John,
My deepest sympathy and prayers to you all. Growing up in Girard and spending so much time at your house, Earl always made us feel welcomed and he always had great stories to share. He had a great sense of humor and spirit about him. What fond memories.I wish you all the best during this very difficult time, my prayers and thoughts are with you. May you find comfort and peace in the Lord. God Bless You All! Brad Jackson
Dear Aunt Helen, Mark, Steve, Cathy and John: Your Dad was a great guy and I will always remember the memories of our get togethers for the holidays, etc. I always looked forward to your Dad's cooking at the big meals we would have at your house. Even though we are spread all over the country now (and sometimes the world, Mark) I've always felt close to you guys and always been proud of my aunt, uncle and cousins. Your Dad will be missed, but we can always remember. Best, and love, Darrell Kunken
I enjoyed all the years that I worked with Earl at Cherry's IGA. I learned alot from him. I always think of him when I here an old saying, he always made me laugh with some of the great phrases he used. I worked next to him for several years and I know one thing for sure. He loved his wife and family very much and was very proud of them. I see Earl's work everyday and still use his ideas today in my work. I will miss him very much, but I know that Earl had a deep faith in his Lord and Savior and that we will all be together again soon.
Dear Talkington Family, All of our thoughts and prayers are with you as you navigate this difficult time. God bless you all. Josh Wright
Dear Talkington Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I hadn't seen most of you for many years and truly wish the circumstances of seeing you all this time had been different for both our families. God bless you all. Brenda Foland
