Shirley I. Schmidt, 70, of Gillespie , died Friday evening, June 5, 2009 at Heritage Manor in Gillespie, IL
.
She was born Sunday, March 26, 1939 in Erin, TN, the Daughter of the late George T. and Olie W. (Cannedy) Schmidt. Shirley loved life and enjoyed people. She always had a smile and a hug for you.
Survivors: Sister, Myra Ashley of Erin, TN, Sister-In-Law, Barbara Schmidt of Staunton, IL. Funeral Information
Graveside services: 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Lowery Cemetery in Erin, TN. She will be layed to rest in Lowery Cemetery next to her parents in the town she was born in, Erin, TN.
Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville, IL is in charge of arrangements.
