Condolences
Mrs Pritchard was a wonderful teacher. Always a smile on her face and kind encouraging words for her students. I enjoyed running into her thru the years after school. She always stopped to talk and visit. She will be greatly missed.
To the children and family of Zane and Clara Pritchard. I worked with Zane at General Telephone Co. when they lived here many years ago in Normal. They were such good friends and we got together frequently. When we saw Clara's obituary in the Pantagraph recently, It was one of the worst days of our lives. Our condolences to you and family. They will be missed forever.
We love you, Darwin and Doris Ropp Bloomington, IL
Steve and Tom, We want to extend our sympathy to you upon learning of the passing of your mother. Clara and Zane were among our early friends in Carlinville. Early memories of our life there include activities with them: our bridge club, church and sports activities among others. Louise recalls many mornings sitting in Clara's kitchen talking over a cup of coffee. When we bought our first home and moved in, Clara brought us a hamburger/green bean/mashed potato casserole that we considered one of our favorite foods for years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
So very sorry to hear about your mother's passing. What a wonderful lady...she will be sadly missed. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember the class projects she had us do in 6th grade. Social studies was never my favorite class but she sure made it more interesting. You will be missed Mrs. Pritchard.
We are sorry to hear of Clara's passing ... She was such a nice lady and respected teacher.
Mrs. Prichard was a wonderful teacher and always seem to care about all of her student. She was an inspiration to those of us that was lucky to have her as a teacher. She will be sadly missed.
My deepest sympathy to the family. Clara was truly an excellent teacher and touched many lives through the years. She was my sixth grade teacher and one of the best I had in all of my years of school.
With deepest sympathy in your time of sorrow. I taught with Clara in Carlinville and had great respect for her. May your memories bring you peace and comfort.
