Mitchell, mother, Katelynn M. Smith of Carlinville, grandmother, Mae (William-step grandfather) Howland of Carlinville, grandfather, Michael Smith Jr. of Carlinville, grandparents, Vince & Venus Graf of Chicago, grandfather, Jerry (Donette-step grandmother) Nance of Carlinville, great grandparents, Michael & Karen Smith of Gillespie, great grandfather, Kenny Shaw of Greenfield, great grandmother, Anna (Greg Schwartz step-greatgrandfather) Mitchell of Chicago, great grandmother, Loretta Eller of Carlinville, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Information Private family visitation was held Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 10:00-11:00. Private services were held after the visitation at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville.
