Dylan Matthew Kiehna
22, of Carlinville, passed away Sunday morning, February 2, 2014 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.
Dylan was born on July 22, 1991 to Kevin R. Kiehna and Sonya (Dirker) Cozzone in Rock Island, IL. He graduated from Carlinville High School with the class of 2009 and on July 6, 2013 he married Tiffany Mikalauski in Carlinville.
Dylan worked as an automotive coordinator at Enterprise Fleet Management in St. Louis, Missouri. After an accident that his brother Alexander was involved in, Dylan took charge of his personal care. He was known to always be there to help when someone needed it. Dylan attended St. Louis University, Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and Lewis and Clark, receiving his associates degree in Automotive Technology. He was also on the board of directors for the Macoupin County T.A.I.L.S. and enjoyed puzzles, golfing, electronics, spending time with his family and his dog, Macey.
Dylan is survived by his wife, Tiffany Kiehna of Carlinville; father, Kevin Kiehna of Carlinville; mother, Sonya (Michael) Cozzone of Carlinville; 3 brothers, Adam (girlfriend, Amanda Lawver) Kiehna of Alton, Evan Kiehna of Carlinville and Alexander Kiehna of Carlinville; grandmother, Sharon Kiehna of Milan, IL; step-grandmother, Mary Crouse of West Chester, PA; mother-in-law & father-in-law, Dennis & Melinda Mikalauski of Carlinville; grandparents-in-law, Earnest & Shirley Caudle of Carlinville, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bernard Kiehna and Paul and Sofia Dirker Funeral Information
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Carlinville United Methodist Church in Carlinville.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Carlinville United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Taylor officiating.
Burial will follow at a later date in Prairie Lawn Cemetery. Donations Information
