Beulah Duckels Beulah (Joiner) Duckels born August 17, 1909 near Hettick, Illinois, to George W. and Nancy Joiner passed away October 25th, 2011 in Deland, Florida, her home since 1995. Beulah married Theodore Duckels in May 1933, and made their home in Chesterfield, Illinois on a farm where they later started and operated the Duckels Bible Camp. After her children were grown, Beulah spent her life serving the God she loved, ministering to children in camp, clubs, and ladies in Bible classes. Eighteen of those years were in Marietta, Ohio, living near her daughter Thelma. She was pre-deceased by her husband and all her siblings. Her daughters, Thelma (Lou) Nicholes, Faye (John) Rueck, 7 grandchildren (along with their spouses), 17 great grandchildren and many friends will miss her greatly but rejoice in her long, full life and in her preparedness for her Heavenly Home. Funeral Information Funeral service will be held Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Chesterfield Bible Church in Chesterfield, Illinois. Viewing will be at 1 p.m., the funeral service at 2 p.m. and the grave side service following at Keller Cemetery near Chesterfield. The family will be honoring Mrs Duckels by participating in the service. They will be coming from several countries and the U.S. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Alliance Community Chapel in Deland, Florida.
