Obituary of Maxine M. Chasco

Max Chasco age 57, of Hettick passed away Sunday afternoon, February 2, 2014, at her residence. Max was born July 27, 1956, in Carlinville, IL, a daughter of Walter and Violet (Mansfield) Ludwig. Max married Michael Chasco, July 27, 1973 in St. Charles, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Leonard Ludwig and a grandson, Remington Eades. Max attended Carlinville High School. She worked as a cook for the Head Start Program at the Macoupin County Housing in Carlinville. She previously was a cook at the Girard High School for 7 years. Max served on the Nilwood Town Board for 20 years. She enjoyed motorcycles, camping, family and especially her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Michael Chasco of Hettick, IL, daughter, Michelle Jean (Chris) Eades of Modesto, IL, son, Lee J. (Megan) Chasco of Kingdom of Bahrain, 3 grandchildren, sister, Linda (Dan) Hoefs of California, sister, and Clara Mae (David) Harbaugh of Gillespie, IL. Funeral Information Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville. Private burial will be held at a later date.
