Obituary of Helen Marie Hacke

Helen Marie Hacke 95, of Carlinville, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Friendship Home in Carlinville. She was born on August 17, 1918 to Jesse and Cora (Baker) Coonrod in Greenfield, Illinois. On May 16, 1936 she married Albert Theodore Hacke in Carlinville. Helen was a clerk for the Illinois Secretary of State. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Carlinville. Helen is survived by her daughter, Maxine Miller (husband Frank) of Chesterfield, Illinois; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Albert; son, Lindell P. Hacke; daughter, Melba Trakinat; a great-grandson; sisters, Thelma Goode and Jessie Caudle; brothers, Ebert, Harold, and Lenord "Slim" Coonrod. Funeral Information Private family graveside services will take place at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Carlinville, with Rev. Dustin Anderson officiating. There will be no visitation. Helen's family will be gathering at the funeral home at 10:15 Tuesday morning for the procession to the cemetery for an 11:00 am service. Donations Information Memorials are suggested to the Shriner's Hospital for Children or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
