Condolences
George and I are sending condolences to Camille's family. She and Wayne are good friends and we celebrated Camille's birthday the last few years. She sent us fantastic greeting cards for all the holidays and our birthday's. One even included flower seeds! She gave me several of her Mother's recipes and they were all wonderful. Camille was always so thoughtful and kind. She will be missed.
Our love and sympathy to Camille's family on her passing. Memories are from Jackie's association with Matt and Todd in the science department at Canyon High School. May God give you days filled with comfort and peace. Blessings......
Dear Family,
My sympathy on your loss. She was a talented baton teacher..I learned so much. Her mother was my second grade teacher. She was a creative and dynamic person who inspired her students. Because of her inspiration I became an elementary teacher.
Thank you for all you have done.Rest in Peace,
Kevinetta OBrien
My condolences to her family. Cam was a great person to know. She was my baton teacher for a few years and never criticised me for not practicing. Her mom and she invited me over and gave me cookies and lemonade after classes sometimes; the last time
as she was packing to go to SMU. I adored her.

where did I meet Cam? At SMU, really. Iwas, now am from Springfield. she was 2 classes my elder but being both from Illinois in a strange land we became friends, went to the Illinois State Fair one summer; friends for the two years we were on the hilltop. She was the Mustang Band's Doll; I often wondered how she twirlled in tthe Cotton Bowl in front of those crowds, She graduated and moved on; I went to Law School at Illinois and until I read the on-line obits in the Springfield paper........and Camille Cooper caught my eye. couldn't be, but alas it was. what a loss. My sympathy to Her family.

My earliest memories of Camille were likely from grade school days-- we were born just a few days apart in November 1940--and I've kept in touch with her ever since. She has always been full of spice and humor with a life spirit that would light up the room. The world is a bit more dim, a bit more subdued, without her ebullient presence.
