I have fond memories of my parents taking the Nenninger family to Martins Bakery (right behind St Mary's church and school) on Sunday mornings. Jerome was always a cheerful guy as we attended St. Mary's Grade School. May God bless him and his family during this time.

I know many many people considered Dobbie a true friend, but during our High School years we were the best of friends. We did so much together. Our parents took turns driving us to school, I used to help out at the bakery, early in the morning. We were alter boys and worked Mass together many times. But, most importantly he was my tutor. He helped me so often with Math, and then helped with my Accounting studies, which he obviously exceeded with, me not so much. My wife and I went to see him several years ago. We didn’t tell him we were coming, which was a mistake cause when we finally found his house he and his family were leaving to go to a family wedding, so we said hi and bye.He was such a nice guy and so proud that I knew him. May he rest in piece!

I know my life was made a little better by Jerome when I look back at all the adventures he chaperoned when I was in scouts. He always had the perfect balance of fun and firmness. I know he impacted many others in many different ways and will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies and prayers go out to Bob, Becky, and Cathy during this time of grief.

So sorry to hear of Jerome's passing. We always enjoyed visiting with him at tax time and at the Elks lodge. Our love and prayers to all the family.

Our sympathies to Cathy, Bob , and Becky. Jerome was such a nice man. Our daughter loved going to the Martin’s and be with Becky and friends. They were always made to feel so welcome. The kids loved it and thought Jerome was so much fun!
