Obituary of Michelle Leann Baker

Michelle Leann Baker, 28, of Atwater, formerly of Carlinville, passed away Wednesday afternoon, October 7, 2020 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. Michelle was born on July 16, 1992 to James E. Pocklington and Dana L. Baker in Springfield, IL. She attended Carlinville High School with the class of 2010. Michelle enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and being outdoors. She loved spending time with her family. Michelle is survived by her father and step mother, James E. (Tammy) Pocklington of Atwater, IL; daughter, Haylee Carroll of Springfield, IL; grandparents, John Sr. and Murel Pocklington of Carlnville; two brothers, Mitchell Baker of Springfield, IL and Morgan Riech of Springfield, IL; two sisters, Miranda (Bradley) Buhl of OR and Lutischa Pocklington of Benld, IL; step-sister, Meagan Albracht of Dow, IL, as well as an aunt, uncle, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Michelle was preceded in death by her mother, a step-brother, Michael Albracht and her unborn son. Private graveside services will be conducted in Shiloh Cemetery West of Carlinville.
