Dennis Walter Martin Jr., 50 of Carlinville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at his residence in Carlinville.
Dennis was born to Linda (Divito) and Dennis Martin on December 1, 1969 in Joliet, IL. He married Tiffany Ridens in December 2008 in Carlinville.
Dennis worked for Patton Coal Mine in Hillsboro, IL as an electrician. He enjoyed football and working on his rental homes.
Dennis is preceded in death by his mother and a sister, Diane Burrous.
He is survived by his father, Dennis Martin Sr.; wife, Tiffany Martin; sons, Cody Martin, Dylan Martin, and Tyler Martin; daughter, Faith Martin; step children, Claire Ridens, Josh Ridens, and Destiny Smith; niece, Ashley (Corey Thomas) Akers; and a great niece, Bailey Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
