Mary Louise Hagenbuck, age 92 of Girard, passed away Tuesday morning, January 28, 2020, at Heritage Health Care in Springfield, IL. Mary was born December 27, 1927, in Cedar Rapids, IA, the daughter of Milo J. and Blanche (Hollan) Poula. In 1945, she married Orville Lee Kolsto in Cedar Rapids, IA. She later married William E. Hagenbuck Sr., on November 25, 1978, in Downers Grove, IL. Mary worked at the Joliet Army Arsenal in Joliet, IL and later for GM's Electro-Motive Division, building diesel train engines. She was an active member of the Girard United Methodist Church Mary enjoyed time with her family, reading, puzzles, fishing and bird watching. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Orville Kolsto and William E. Hagenbuck, Sr., son, Stephen Kolsto, and brother, Milo J Poula. Memorial service details will be announced later this year. Mary is survived by her son, Elliot (Barbara) Kolsto of Danville, IN, daughter, Debra (William Jr.) Hagenbuck of Cohasset, MN, 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, sister, Evelyn Driscoll of Cedar Rapids, IA and sister, Dorothy Matteson of Horse Shoe Bend, AK.
