We were so sorry to here of Mel's passing. The Cubs lost a great fan! We have many great memories from attending the pinochle club. Prior commitments prevent us from attending his service. We will keep your family in our prayers.

I am so very sorry to hear of Mel's passing. Boy the memories we have from all of out get-togethers. I think about everyone so often. Please know I'm thinking of all the family and send my love and prayers.

Our sympathy and prayers are with Uncle Melvin's family. He was always a delight to visit over the years. A twinkle in his eye, always loving, ever ready to share memories and stories. We will miss him, but we look forward to seeing him again in heaven some day.

I am sorry to hear about Melvin, I will miss him and having someone to talk to about the cubs. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
